CFL cactus shoppi is a joint venture between the Groupe CFL and CARE S.A., the franchisor of the Cactus Shoppi brand, established in 2022. Its mission is to develop and operate convenience retail concepts in major railway stations and stops across Luxembourg.
The initiative supports CFL’s strategy to continuously enhance the station experience and is an integral part of the “Station of Tomorrow” concept, developed in response to user insights and evolving mobility trends. Customer feedback has highlighted a strong demand for high-quality food-to-go and everyday convenience services.
By complementing mobility services with a carefully curated commercial offering, CFL cactus shoppi aims to transform railway stations into vibrant, attractive destinations, comparable to village squares.
